I cannot stress enough how good my experience has always been with GoWireless in Locust Grove, GA. I recently purchased my third or fourth phone from this store and once again found their customer service to be superior. Admittedly, this time the process went a little more slowly because the transfer of data was slower than normal, but still, they did the entire process for me. I did not have to do a thing. You will not see that at any corporate Verizon store, at least that has been my experience. My sales rep, Blake, could not have been more professional or interested in my needs and those of my wife, who got a new phone on the same day as me. If you want outstanding customer service, go to GoWireless in Locust Grove! If you want an excellent sales rep, as for Blake.
Plan on spending half of your day there in order to get anything accomplished. We had to go into the store on multiple days and each time the wait was extremely long. One day we waited for FOUR HOURS. Another day, we waited for almost two hours and had to leave without being helped. I was there for three hours the next time I went. Their customer service is poor, their prices are too high, and they sneak charges in on you without informing you.
Very patient, nice and friendly with lots of knowledge. Customer service hands down the best I’ve ever experienced.

This place was horrible specifically with their customer service. The guy wouldn't help us with our needs and asked us to go to a different location. Because we were out of town and needed to be at a meeting within the hour he refused to call the store he told us to go to so they could help us faster. There were no other customers in the store and they had 5 hours left until they closed. Simple customer service would have gone a long way to help us out.
