By far the best possible experience I could’ve asked for going into T-Mobile. Sales rep Inez helped me every step of the way and had the upmost professional, friendly, and transparent assistance I could’ve hoped for. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had. She made my experience top tier and I would be more than happy to recommend her to anyone!

I had sprint, so I went in to get my sim card updated since the switch over. Went in and got out, they were really nice and so far I have waaaaay better service, almost fill signal everywhere I've been so far. I always lost signal in my house so I always used the wifi calling, now I don't have to mess with it.... nice

Hey, my retail associate manager was Asisha from Locust Grove T-mobile. She was great. I came in she told me the deals. I upgraded my phone and got a phone for free. She also told me how to lower my bill with some perks. When you come to t-mobile ask for Asisha.

Very fast and friendly service!!! Gave water and assisted with my complicated situation. Juat want to say you guys are Awesome ud83dudc4c ud83dudc4f. I will return, Alejandro was so patient and Awesome!!!! The Manager Tiffany was very knowledgeable about my phone and issues!!!!
