The sweet lady who took care of me had me in and out. She ported over my cousin's line and made sure I was making informed decisions. She even helped me to solve the dilemma Straight Talk was throwing at us. I don't believe she was the store manager but she would serve as a great fit as one! There were about 8 people who came in during my visit and she handled all of us at once pleasing us all in a fast and thorough manner. Very grateful for customer service reps like her!!
