Bought a dozen donuts and they were all stale. So disappointing! Never again!
Friendly employees with great customer service
Pretty good service although I ordered ahead and paid on their app. and still it was not ready! Nice folks though.
The staff was friendly, but that was all. There was not a clean table available. No one made an effort to wipe down any of the tables or sweep the main seating area. It took 15 minutes to make a frozen drink and warm a sandwich, which still ended up being cold in the middle. Young people just don't have the integrity that was instilled in our youth years ago. They're simply there for a check.
Extremely slow service, my coffee taste like it was burnt way to strung, put a nice pep in my step but hard to swallow. I ordered 3 donuts 2 jelly filled and I chocolate sprinkle, I received 2 1 jelly 1 chocolate without sprinkles. The cashier stated her staff did not want to do their job. I will also add the GM was sitting at a table during all of this.
