Friendly, knowledgable, and good selection.
Lots of stuff. Never knew it was there.
Good selection. However lousy customer service. I bought a clarinet strap for my wife. It didn’t fit so I tried to return it for a refund. I had the receipt and had only bought it a couple of days before. Saleswoman was very rude. Refused to give me a refund for a lousy 7 dollars. “I’m sorry all I can give is store credit. That’s our policy.” Another way to say that I don’t care about my customers. I don’t buy a lot of music supplies. So store credit does me absolutely no good. So she lost any future business with me and I will tell any of my friends who are musicians to beware. If you buy something there you better be sure it’s right or kiss your money goodbye. I could understand if it was several hundred dollars. We are talking about 7 dollars.nnVery unhappy and will not buy again
So if you're in the West Georgia area and you need some musical items this place has about everything you could want. The selection is good, and they offer rent to own options. I would probably use them more except for the fact that their is prices are pretty high compared to other stores.
