Have had service with metro for a couple years, loose service here alot lately. Also my fiance just went into the cornelia store to pay my bill and they said i didn't have service with them i had service with some one else. She was putting in the wrong number and got snotty with him ...said he was giving her the wrong number, while i was on the phone with him and heard what number he told her. She was wrong.
They don't deserve one star. Don't waste your time or money they are not worth it.
Today i went in to the store because i couldnt figure out why i was no longer getting service. I went in kinda of upset and not in a good mood, but the girls stayed so patient and calm and showed me that i had just turned my data off. I love that how everyone who works there is very patient and they truly care about their customers. This is an amazing place to come and get your phones from.
Came in to get an upgrade and had the best experience, by far. The tech, Jess, did an amazing job at getting me the best phone at a great price. I’ve always had awful experiences with att and Verizon but she made it a great experience with no stress. A+ for Jessica.
Left Boost mobile to go to Metro. Big Mistake. They lied and told us we would have real good service in Alto, which I'm telling you we absolutely do not have service ..sometimes it's ok most days not. I'm going back to Boost Mobile that's for sure!
