I called the store looking for sofa I seen online. A gentleman by the name of Chris helped me out. He went above and beyond. That was the greatest service I have ever had from any company. I wish knew his last name. Chris was absolutely amazing dealing with. He is most definitely a great asset to the company.

I stopped in Aaron’s to see about a washer. The lady at the counter was helping someone else so I looked around. She asked me what I needed, I told her just a washer because mine just broke. She had an attitude and said she couldn’t help me. I asked her if there were any other ones that might be able to. She rudely said “ I guess I’ll check” after she called another store I was so upset about her being rude I said forget it. As I left I heard her say to the other customers “ why would she expect she can just get a washer?” At that point I turned around and told her I hope she had a great day. I don’t know her name, but I know she is a manager. I have rented from there before and I have never experienced this awful customer service.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE , THE JUST DROPPED OFF MY DRYER AND DIDNT INSTALL IT AT ALL EVEN THO THEY SAID THEY WOULD, THEYTHEN SAID IT WAS BECAUSE OUR WALL OUTLET WAS UPSIDE DOWN AND THEY COULDNT TOUCH THAT AND THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD INSTALL THE VENT BUT NEVER DID THEY GOT THEIR DELIVERY FEE MONET AND THEN ABRUBTLY LEFT ..HONESTLY THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE THE ONE STAR REQUIRED TO EVEN LEAVE A REVIEW

Tv quit working between yesterday and today I didn't think they'd even answer let alone come pick it up and loan me another. I can't thank the Cornelia store enough y'all rock!!!
