So I have bought several items from the store In Cornelia, while the sales person was most helpful customer service is another story. My last order was an outdoor patio set and when it was delivered one of the chairs was broken. I talked to the manager they said they would replace it the following week. Well I was expecting a phone call that week and no phone call, so I called today(week 2) and they said the chair was here but no phone call to tell me. The purchase before that we bought a new living room set, they delivered it with no legs/feet. Had to wait two days for them to come back and put them on. I'm new to the area and found another Farmers Furniture in Commerce bought a dinning room set, bed room set without any problems. So I suggest the Commerce Store..
