For the 3rd time, Walmart was out of my prescription and refused to see if q nearby Walmart had it, and wouldn't even give me the phone number to call and check. So I had to call my Doctor to cancel that prescription and call it in to another Walmart pharmacy... who also didn't have it and had to order it! Horrible customer service! Good thing I had some left or I would be in hospital right now because of their ineptitude!
Today was not too bad they had more cashiers !! I only waited 15 minutes instead of 30 minutes!
Tried to get my anxiety medication filled which I get every fourth friday. Was told I had to wait the entire 30 days which made me miss a dose. Was told my medication is a useable and the pharmacist personally didn’t allow me to fill it 2 days early which is allowed by law. Very rude pharmacists
Was just put on hold far 28 minutes to find out if a prescription was ready and how much it would cost. Going on to a local pharmacy that really cares about their customers.
Gives me the wrong prescription every time. I try to tell them to correct it but they can't get it right. It's frustrating when they say they delete it but they fill it for the next time I need a fill.
