This place was great! Everyone was very helpful. They acknowledged you when you walked in the door. Fast service and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend.

I went to the store in Loganville thatbused to be Sprint. The door was locked and I thought they were closed but the nice woman came and asked me what I needed and let me in. Turns out they only allow 1 customer in per sales person and have you wait your turn out side. But they spent a great amount of time to not only help me decide between the note 20 and note 2o ultra. I thought it would be just a few minutes but she spent about an hour with me to transfer all my data, which is a lot, from the old phone to the new one. Like I have 4,000 songs and a couple hundred videos. You can buy one on line and do the transfer yourself but I doubt I could have done all she had done. It was well worth the $20 that they say you can save by buying on line but to me the $20 was well worth it.

i’ve been coming to this location ever since this location was known as “sprint”. before it was t-mobile i would buy screen protectors online and come in and ask an associate to put it on. the female associate in the “now” t-mobile was very condescending and rude stating “we don’t put outside screen protectors on...you’ll have to buy something from inside the store.” okay but it’s literally your job. ud83dude02 it takes 2-3 minutes. you didn’t have to have an attitude....

Went to buy four new phones. Store call the police on me due to not having a mask. I instantly walked out went down the road to Verizon where I was welcomed and taken care of! I have a medical condition that doesn’t allow me to wear a mask. They were not hearing it. Very disappointed they felt the need to call the authorities.
