These guys were on point with good customer service. I don't normally think highly of cell phone companies or their service. Mostly don't think well of the service staff, in most cases. However, at this store, these guys were polite, fast efficient knowledgeable, and helpful.nSo this is my go to shop from now on.
This is to tell you how great a young man named Chris has treated me when I have been into the Verizon office in LAWRENCEVILLE Ga. He is kind and patient and gets answers to questions and takes care of any question I may ask. I sincerely appreciate the way he has treated me. I have seen him interact with others and he is just as kind to them also.nThere is another young man who is also friendly and nice.
Not only is the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they are so friendly and nice. I purchased my last two phones there and will continue to go there for all future purchases of phones and accessories.
