The staff at this location is amazing! They are pleasant, professional and extremely patient. My Mom and I were not easy customers, but they made us feel appreciated and valued throughout the process of transferring our service to T-Mobile. They went the extra mile to get us the phones we desired and the accessories we needed to protect our investment. So, I want to give a special shout-out to Jessica, Andreas and Poulette for providing excellent and friendly customer service!!
My experience today with Andres exceeded my expectations. He was very welcoming, friendly, patient and just had overall great customer service. He answered all of my questions and made sure i was happy and content before i left the store. I would definitely refer others to him and i will continue to come to him for all of my mobile needs
Shopped in this T Mobile store today. I received excellent customer service from the manage Paulette and Associate Carim. All my questions were answered, very professional and friendly. I would recommend this store to anyone interested in a new cell phone for their excellent customer service!

Andres was a great help! He answered all our questions and made us feel at home. Not once did we feel forced to make a decision . Would want to do all my transactions with him if possible! A satisfied costumer !
