My family has been with Verizon for a while now. The phones work great and customer service has been fantastic. Cheyenne has actually been the representative who has helped us at this location and the one in Woodstock. She does a great job explaining the options we have and makes the process of buying a new phone as painless as possible. Cheyenne even helped me get my information transferred to my new phone and was very patient explaining it to me - I am not very tech savvy.
Taylor Lyons at TCC was extremely helpful to me. She got me in an out with no worries and also made me feel like a priority. Her help was exceptionally outstanding and I would recommend her to anyone ! If you’re ever at TCC ask for Taylor you won’t regret it!
