Travis the manager was amazing! Great costumer service!!! Fantastic attitude! Super patient and helpful! Made sure all our questions were asked and we had everything we needed! I am an AT&T costumer for life and its employees like Travis that verify that sentiment.

I went to this store to get a phone for a family member, this store did help me buy a phone however.....n1. They incorrectly applied the discount to my account wrong which reflected incorrect charges on my account.n2. The deleted the voicemail accidentally on a line I have that we were not even discussingn3. I called back to speak to the employee a week later but he was no longer works at the locationn4. The location is 2 hours away from my home and they wouldn’t help me fix or trouble shoot the issues on my account unless I drove in .....n5. I had to spend 4hrs on the phone with ATT support because they outsource everything to Asia and can’t correctly understand you or what your issue is ....nnSo don’t assume that if they are helpful they know what they are doing, also don’t assume that anyone will help you with your account if you have issues.nnLast thing ..... if you buy a new phone they will automatically setup insurance for you that will bill you monthly they won’t get your consent .... you’ll just get a text saying they’ve done it .... and you’ll have to spend your personally time getting it taken off.nnMoral of the story is pay for a Verizon phone, it might cost more but they have much better customer service.

Jonathan provided exceptional customer service today and he deserves to be recognized. He was respectful, understanding, and willing to do anything he could to help me fix my new phone plan and get my phone working again. I felt cared for and valued and like I could trust his word. After being in the store earlier this week and waiting on the phone for hours with AT&T to fix my plan and getting nowhere, it was a breath of fresh air to receive help from Jonathan and redeemed my previous experiences. And he saved me money in the process!

Rarely do these surveys, but Jonathan did an amazing job for us. It took a little longer than expected, but he really did it all! I didn't remember passwords and was pretty demanding and he sorted it all out and saved us a bunch of money. So impressed.
