i just have to say what a pleasant experience i had today at this store - i visit this store often but today i had the pleasure of meeting Adrienne - He was most helpful and had the best attitude and outlook. He put a smile on my face, helped me save a few bucks by sharing some specials going on in store (great suggestive selling) and all in all gave great customer service. i even signed up for the rewards program. thanx so much - i'll be back again soon!

Today I was in this store to buy a chair. I was talking to a sales person that I think was the manager. Another lady walked up and just started asking questions. The sales person did not say excuse me, but just walked away and started taking to the the other person. I went to the front of the store to try and find someone else to help me. There were two young adults in the store. They were at the print area just talking and laughing. One of them had been working at the cash register, when I first came in the store. When I said to them that I needed help, they just looked at me. Neither made any motion to help me. I was trying to support a store located in the community. I normally try to not post negative reviews, but there were 2 customers in the store and three employees. Needless to say I just left. I won't beg someone to take my money. There are many other options.nnUpdatennI replied to Emma. She reached out to me from Office Max. I sent her the information that she requested. I was told that someone would contact me. I just wanted to share that I never heard anything from anyone.

I came here to print in color and to laminate. Both of which they weren't capable of doing because no one knew how to get the lamination machine to start (which would take 39 minutes anyways) and because the color printing wasn't working. This is the main reason we come here.
