Food was good but the customer service was amazing! I cant remember who I talked to but I think her name was Hana or something like that. Best service I've ever gotten at a restaurant. highly recommend.

Placed a mobile order for curbside pickup. The food we received was good, but only discovered that two items were missing once we got home. One of which was my sons lunch. Called the restaurant to let them know and there response “oh yeah, those items are here......”. They offered a refund, but that didn’t helped my upset toddler eat lunch. This wasn’t the first time our order was wrong, but it will be the last time we eat there.

very quick service, faster than other locations I've been to. the staff was conscious of the menu and helped me order what I wanted for the best price. the papaya green tea was on point.

Order on the Panera app and pick it up inside or curbside. Sandwich menu is my favorite. Pastry selection is very nice too. Smoothies can make the summer heat fade away for a while.

I placed a Pick Up order through the app. I ran in, quickly grabbed my order and ran out because I had forgotten my mask. I did not look at my order until I got home. I had ordered a half and half. Only my soup was in my bag. I called the store to let them know about the error,and I was put on hold. Ten minutes later, no one had come back on the call, so I hung up. An hour later I called back, was again put on hold. This time it was for 15 minutes before I hung up. Needless to say I am not thrilled with the customer service I received today. All I want is a refund for the sandwich that I did not receive.
