Ordered an Iced Mocha Coffee and it was absolutely awful. Third time I've tried it but they just cant seem to get it right. They need to stop making these and just sell the premade bottles. On a good note, the donuts were great.
Against my better judgment, I placed a mobile order for a piece of avocado toast. Pulled up to the drive thru just to be told they were out of the bread for the toast. Had to pull up to get my credit card refunded. I'll stick with Dairy Queen.

I've always loved dunkin. Great clean place to eat.
The donuts are stale and hard half of the time. I come here every morning and order the same drink and it’s always different when I get it. Today, an employee told me to go through the drive through and let them know on the speaker that I had a mobile order. I asked, “so you don’t want me to use the MOBILE ORDER line” she said no. If you’re telling your customers they can’t use the mobile order line, why do you even have a mobile order line?
