Wish I didn’t have to give a one star but since it doesn’t have a option for no stars!! This is the worst place to get anything from, they charge your card without permission, they always say the manager is out in the field doing deliveries which I know is a lie!! I was a few days late on my payment and told them they could just come pick up my item I got from them because I could not afford it any more and had to just get something different and they told me they couldn’t come pick it up due to my payment not being paid that it was with the courts and there was nothing they could do about it anymore, I asked to speak to the manager several times no one would ever return my calls but they hit my card the following day, on a Wednesday and my normal payments are due on Friday... thank god I had money in my account but how can you not do a pickup bc it’s with the courts but you can continue to charge without my permission!! Please no one ever rent from them!! They really need to be shut down!!

Several times they have taken payments off my debit card without authorization! Very frustrating because you can never get a resolution. They just pass the buck around and around. No one ever knows who did it and they always say the manager will call me right back and the manager of course NEVER does. They have over drafted my account several times and always tell me they will note the account to never auto pay but guess what, they continue to do it and there are never any notes! 3 times in a year is too many times to make the same mistake. Again, not authorized to run my card but continue to avoid me when it happens. Shameful.

Wish I didn’t even have to give this unprofessional company a one star. I used my card ONE time several months ago. No issues for a few months but then back in November, they started charging my card 1 week early. I don’t panic. I call and I say hey, I never authorized my card for auto pay because it’s my company debit card. I use it for work related transactions and only keep about $150 on it. My bed payment is $150.38. So I quickly deposited the money back into my account to avoid overdraft. No problem. Mistakes happen. The next month, boom...another week early unauthorized payment comes out. I repeat my process from the month prior (even though they agreed that my card wouldn’t be charged. I pay cash by the way). Again they apologize and tell me my card is deleted from their history. January, again. I start getting agitated. Repeat the prior months steps. February, again. I didn’t receive a notification from my bank that my card was charged so it ended up being overdrafted. I call the Newnan,Ga branch. He says he will have a district manager call me before the day was over with. Nothing. Called back 2 days later. Get hung up on. So I just say screw it. Well my payments are due on the 20th of every month. I called a little over 2 weeks beforehand and made agreement that I’ll be a few days late because I’m out of town for the weekend. Agreed to late fee and all.(and wasn’t going to give them another card). So guess what? Today my bank alerts me there’s been a charge from buddy’s. I call. Ask to speak with manager, get hung up on. Call back, the guy claimed to be a manager but was clueless when it came to troubleshooting. I ask to speak with a higher end, he takes my info and says the district manager will call me within 30 minutes. The whole day is gone and heard nothing. Just called back a few minutes ago. Talked to another guy claiming to be store manager. No help there. Says the same thing the first guy did earlier but atleast the first guy talked to me with respect and somewhat professionalism. So now I got to go thru the trouble of wiring cash back home for them to deposit back into my account. On top of all of that, I was told in February that that was the final payment. The guy earlier claims I owe 3? What actual f**k is going on? Who hires these ppl? I will never get anything from them again. I’d deal with Aaron’s and rentacenter knocking on my door on the due date rather than ever doing business with Buddy’s again. Guarantee they’ll see this and still go about their day unprofessionally.

HORRIBLE employees and management the keep charging my fiances card that was lost and we have spoken with management 7 times and he still will not keep charging his card do not go to this place unless you want to get ripped off the TV I got you can get at Walmart for 300 and they are making me pay 3,000 crazy ridiculous!
