I've been a T-Mobile customer for 17 years. I say that to give credibility to the fact that I have been inside of many T-Mobile stores over the years and have worked with many T-Mobile representatives.nnThat said, this is downright the worst store I've had the displeasure of being in. In the past, I have never been happy about the customer service, but today I can't help myself but to make a negative review. I came in to exchange my watch which has not been working properly. I was met with the snarkiest and rudest lady. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she didn't even try or fake being pleasant. She was foul, and has no business serving in a client-facing role. Not coincidentally, she was the only one without a name tag.

They greet you at the door and they are very kind and considerate. I've had an issue with my phone regarding bought from another country. My personal involvement with Alexa and TK, they worked very hard and didn't give up to figuring out my phone and my spouse. I want to thank you so much and this is a great transition into the T-Mobile family. God bless

The Newnan store on Bullsboro Dr is the reason we will be leaving Tmobile and venturing back to Verizon. You can thank D. Howlett for losing cutomers and being a very rude and confrontational employee to us.nNot having the most popular phones in stock and finding ways to not give trade in allowances is not a good business practice.

I don't know about where you work but I'm fired if I quit in the 4th quarter.. door says 8pm they close.. 717pm.. it's a ghost town.. I needed a new phone in emergency fashion and I guess verizon hail mary td and stole the game cause t-mobile quit before the buzzer... Losers

The Newnan location is one of the reasons I'm leaving TMobile. They'll lock the door in your face without saying a word to you at 2pm. You see 3-4 employees inside and they won't answer the phone. I can go on about other issue but we all know the company and it's employees don't care.
