Best Metro I’ve been to in a while. Girls were so friendly, I came with charging issues and turns out my charging port was dirty. Happy they fixed it :)
Was very sad when they closed down due to the pandemic but now that they are open I went back and they were so sweet. They lady that was there helped me with all the issues I had on my phone and was very helpful. If you are looking for a store with nice employees and exceptional customer service this is the store to go to. Will definitely be returning
Went in to have my charging port cleaned on my phone. Denied service because I didnt have a mask and was asked to leave the store when I was trying to explain that I have asthma and can't wear a mask. Said she would get fired for helping me. Canceled 5 lines I pay for.
I had an awful service. Entering the shop their was this lady that was very rude from the beginning, she was not welcoming at all. This is the first time I go in this shop and the staff is so rude to me, I hope they can hire more servicial and helpful people.
