I made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. I called as requested and was told to wait. I waited 20 minutes and no one came out, so I went in to ask what was going on. The person behind the printer counter told me that they didn't have anyone there to do the work that I had an appointment for. He was rude and told me that I was SOL. I went back out of the store and brought back in the appointment verification. They made me wait another 10 minutes while the man called the store manager who told him that I had missed the appointment, so too bad. After being told that I had been waiting for nearly a half an hour and showing up early for the appointment, the store manager said too bad, they didn't have anyone there to do the work. I understand that mix-ups happen, but being rude, totally unhelpful and just plain indifferent is not the way to handle it. I've now spent an hour of my life that I'll never get back dealing with incredibly poor customer service. If you have an alternative to the Office Depot in Newnan, use it.
The store had the worst customer service ever. They were not professional and not willing to help.
6 customers standing in line to checkout and the clerk is on the phone answering an incoming call. Can't checkout the customer and talk to someone at the same time. She scanned my items and left me hanging until I had to loudly ask for the amount of my purchase so I could pay and avoid further delay. I call that very poor customer service!
I only give them one star because i have to. I got a printer without startup cartridges and the told me i am s.o.l
