Computer Advantage, an apple store, has employees who are extremely knowledgeable about the Apple products they sell. The personnel are very courteous, display patience with the customers regardless of the item they are purchasing. The repair department provides prompt service and in many cases solve the problem immediately. The Sales personnel know their products.

My trusty Mac book air quit working after some water damage (I will never again not have apple care). Being a Realtor, I needed a new one ASAP. Larry in the sales department is a gem! He helped me pick the perfect new computer, showed me the best deals and his tech team was able to mitigate all my files from my old computer. I picked it up and it was ready to go. I highly recommend Computer Advantage for their products, staff and tech support! Excellent experience.

call apple get them to send you a box, ship it yourself this company marks up battery repair for what apple did for less.
