100% great experience from start to finish. Jason was so incredibly helpful in the store helping me choose which couch would work best for me and my budget. Delivery was prompt and the delivery team was very sweet and helpful with moving it in and helping set up. Thanks again!

Horrible customer service. Aarons would need a WEEK to deliver a BED which people need asap obviously but I couldn't wait that long so I had someone go get it for me in their truck, Now I need them to come get the bed back & they won't. I was informed since I came & got it-I had to return it. NOT! You already saved fuel & labor on the pickup. I have no way to get it back to you. It will sit until Aarons comes & gets it with NO payment being made. You only get 1 star because this site won't let you post without choosing at-least 1 star. Shame on you Aarons in Newnan, Ga.

Great experience but I've missed several attempts for them to pick up their equipment. I'm working outmof town alot and just don't have the time so I guess I'm on here to hopefully get them to come get their stuff please. Thx

Jason Johnson was the manager on duty and after a brief conversation all my needs to purchase new furniture were met with exceptional professionalism, definitely will recommend to others and will be returning for all future services.nnStephanie Sherman was a wonderful CSR she answered my phone call giving me excellent service and assuring that mistakes won’t be made as the Aaron’s at Union City, she was constantly keeping me updated with with the process, and also keeping me laughing with her wonderful personalitynnMerle Rogers has provided wonderful service help making everything a very easy process without any hesitation or confusion.
