I came to this store looking for a new phone, I was greeted and helped right away. The ladies gave me outstanding customer service. They also answered all my questions trouble free. I have had the phone for a little over a month and have yet to have any issues. I highly recommend this store definitely will be returning!

Really enjoyed my experience at this location. They were very helpful and were so sweet. They have very nice selections on plans for very low prices. The ladies there for sure made my day so much better.
Excellent customer service, the staff was excellent; they helped me make the switch to Metro PCS. Their plans are way more affordable than the larger phone companies that we have been using. We will continue to let our friends and family know about our experience.
I came into the store 3 times to get my son a tablet and phone for his birthday. I'm switching over from boost and the customer service was horrible i also tried to port in a number and was told id get a few phone and tablet for 25$ and they tried to charge me 79$ it was a total waste of my time and day. Diana and Jose did not help me at all and my son is now without a birthday present
