It is a typical department store with everything you want easy to find. I noticed most people wore a mask and were keeping apart. They do have good sales but they use too much Kohl's cash which means the discount is only good to buy more stuff at their store. The store was clean and well laid out.
I called this particular store after having no luck at the other Kohl stores I called. I spoke to a sales associate named Gracie who answered the phone with a pleasant tone. After explaining to Gracie that I was looking for a particular item that was listed on their website which stated they had the particular item in their store just like the rest of the Kohl stores did but turned out they didn’t have it, Gracie displayed the willingness to assist me. She was able to look up the item by the sku number and told me it was there. Gracie then placed me on a brief hold to locate the item to make sure it was there. After she saw that the price she was ringing up was different than the sales price online, she informed that they would do a price match since it was on the Kohl’s website. Very nice employees
My wife likes to shop here. She often finds good quality items for us or the grandkids at really good prices. They have a good home goods section and she finds bargains there too. They have lots of sale items and she earn Kohl's cash for future purchases. Here searches normally start here.
Can get some great deals. In store pickup is great. Susan is so efficient in customer service section.
