I am from out of state with my mom for her CTOA appointments and completely forgot to refill my anxiety medication before leaving. These nice people got my prescription transfered in and ready for me within an hour! Probably the coolest thing Walmart has ever done for me
The doctor sent the prescription on Thursday. In about three hours after that the pharmacy called me stating that they will need to order the medicine as it is out of order. At this time I told them that I will be in the next day after 4.30 pm and I did come at 6.15 ...after standing in line the pharmacist told me that the medicine is not ready and it will be ready in 15 minutes ud83dude11ud83dude11ud83dude11 so .... I am waiting .....
My veterinarian called in prescription for my dog. I arrive at the Pharmacy, they said, they did not have anything for me.nI then called my veterinarian back and she said, I called it in. She then said , I will call them again.nShe called me and said she called it in again. 2 hours later I called was put on hold for 8 minutes . Then lady came back on phone and said it was being filled right now. I was 15 minutes away. When I got to the store I was told, it will be about 10 to 20 minutes.nPoor customer service. This is my first and last time to use the pharmacy
Never have my prescriptions ready. Everyone here seems to have a bad attitude. Switching to complete mail order asap. Someone needs to look into this. Send in a mystery shopper. You're servicing sick people, a simple smile or hello goes a long ways. John is the pharmacist and he's never friendly! I understand that most pharmacies are understaffed and pharmacist are unappreciated but you chose the profession. Be kind to people!
