Brought several kids in at 849pm for ice cream. Door was open. Sign showed they close at 9pm. The young lady said that they were closed and that they usually close 10 minutes early. I asked if the owners knew that and she said yes. Oh well. Thanks Firehouse Subs for staying open for brownies!nUpdate: Manager called and advised that the situation was handled and offered a gift card. Refused the gift card as we like to support our local businesses. Great follow up. 5 star.
Thanks for updating the hours. Showed up because it said online that it was open until 9pm but the door read 8pm.
Ordered triple pint online for my anniversary and my order was canceled with no explanation. The email said to call the store and it went right to voicemail. No one has called back. Thanks for messing up our anniversary dessert.
My first experience was bad. Very unprofessional. I ordered a cake two days prior to be picked up at 12:45 pm. I reached around 2pm that day and was told to wait the lady in the back was looking for a cover. 10 mins passed and I realized no one came out yet. I want to believe they were in the back trying to rush the cake off now when I got it. It was horrible. The wording was written like a 2 year old child. The cake was sloppy done. I couldnt believe my eyes and was totally disappointed.
Great I’ve cream. Not a mask in sight and the employee sneezed and wiped his nose with the back of his hand and began scooping someone else’s ice cream. Several ppl complained. A bit concerning with Covid-19.
