They go above and beyond to make sure you’re set and satisfied. Unit wouldn’t lock and they got me another one and added a credit to my account for my inconvenience. She even offered to help me move my things, I declined but she did enough. You won’t regret this location.

Outstanding experience from initial contact all the way to putting a lock on my new space. Stephanie was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The storage facility is exceptionally clean, well maintained and secure. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location.

My experience with Extra Space Storage has been perfect so far. I got an ideal unit for a good price. The entire process was quick and easy. The employee I spoke with, Tramel, was very helpful and personable. He helped me find the ideal unit based on what I needed to store, and ensured that I got the best available price. He even showed me the quickest route to my unit so that I wouldn’t have to wander the halls with all my stuff! Extra Space Storage seems like a great company with friendly, helpful employees and I will definitely continue to use them whenever I need storage!

The facility manager, Tramel Compton, is a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer care. He gets it. I wish all companies I do business with would treat me and my wife as pleasantly and as accommodating as Tramel did. He makes arranging for a storage space enjoyable and seamless.nAside from that, the facility is very clean and neat. We just know our stuff is in good hands here. Thanks Tramel and ESS!

My business has used this place for the past few years and I have always had a great experience when visiting. The place is very well kept, well lit, and I have never seen it dirty or anything negative with the business in any way. When visiting I've dealt with Tiffany Kimber who has always went above and beyond with any concerns or with helping me in way she can, she definitely goes out of her way for the customer.
