The location and well-maintained facilities first brought me to this company. The customer service kept me and brought me back a second time. Anthony (and all the guys here) are exceptional; friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.nnUpdate: It's been a year since my last review, and my thoughts are the same. I have been dealing with Eric for months, and he is unfailingly a top notch gentleman. He's pleasant, professional, and extremely professional. The facilities are spotless. Eric is the epitome of good customer service.

The process was very smooth from beginning to end. I called in to the call-in center which reviewed availability quickly, gave me a fanatic rate, and reserved for me. This saved so much time!! Eric (Manager) of quickly took care of me and communicated all the important information. The technology leveraged by Extra Space is stellar to open the gates and manage account information. I chose this location for the proximity to Lake Alatoona.
