Got finessed on a tempered glass screen protector. Was in the store going to buy one off Amazon, the guy working says that the one they have that is over triple the price has a lifetime warranty, for anything. Called today to get it replaced and all that is covered on the warranty is the glue. Whut. Please riddle me how often the glue fails and how I never heard one word about glue when I bought it. #METROPCSFINESSE
Luis and Tristan are excellent workers and work well together. I upgraded 3 phones and was in and out under 30 mins. Loved it.. Customer service is Excellent.. Thank you LUIS AND TRISTAN GOOD JOB...

Went in there having to get 2 phones upgraded figured i was going to be paying out $200+ minimum.ended up gettin 2 phones,cases,screen guards,accessories less then 20 mins in store for less then $80 felt like i had bout myself a present. Talk to luis over there amazing sales person.this deff only metro store id be shopping at
