The rep here was very nice, knowledgeable and patient. The products and services here are great for the cheap price, but they were out of almost every phone in their store. We had to wait on the manager to come bring them more inventory before getting any of the phones we wanted. Other than that... it was a great experience ud83dude0a Thank you Natalia ud83eudd70 You made our experience very pleasant!

I’ve been to this store many times and have always been satisfied with my experience but these last 2 times have been fantastic because of the young lady that has helped me. She is extremely knowledgeable and has never ever been pushy. Thank you so much Nisha for your outstanding customer service and for being considerate of my time and not wasting it! I will continue to refer new people to you guys!

Was hung up on. Called in to see if a deal would be extended to a current customer that was listed online. When I politely expressed dissatisfaction that it would not be, the employee proceeded to hang up on me. I was simply trying to see if they would extend it for customer retention. This is why I primarily only go to the corporate store even though it's a longer drive.

I buy a lot of phones to use as work devices. Nisha helped me today and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be returning to her location for future purchases.
