Love the People there!!!! I went in to buy a charger a couple weeks ago and ended up returning to transfer my phone company they made the switch so easy. The Associates here are very helpful and knowledgeable. The Manager Sherri is Amazing and she's very trustworthy. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
Gentleman called Mike very disrespectful, talking on his phone while asking customers if he can help them. Then when asked if I should go to AT&T he replied go right ahead. As a 20+ year customer of TMobile I never been treated this bad in a TMobile store.
Best customer service experience I've had in a very long time! Thank you Mike and Ronnie for all your help today! Not only did I leave happy and all my questions answered the wait time was awesome compared to the other locations in Acworth.
