Buyer beware. Bought a device from this store. Went back the same day to return it and was hit with every excuse in the book as to why I shouldn’t return it. Was told the restocking fee was higher than what it actually was, tried to encourage me that the device is only $10 more per month on my bill, then they tell me I can’t return it the same day I buy it, I have to come back the next day.l due to their system being down. Came back the next day and was told system is down and can’t return item. So their system was down for two days but the store was still open and making sales? They act desperate to make a sale. I had to call T-Mobile to have a return device package mailed to me and had to ship my item.
Patric was very helpful, professional, and fast! He gave me options and didn't make me feel pressured about anything! I even brought my dad in days after to help with his account and he didn't let us down one bit. Great customer service.
