They have been great to work with. The manager has been very responsive and helpful. The site is safe, clean and very convenient. The app has given us some trouble so paying through the app was not so easy but we signed up on site to have an automatic payment so that was easily fixed.

Loretta & Joanne are great managers here they are really helpful, can answers any questions or concern you have. This place is very clean and the price is affordable. I love it here! I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Workers are extremely pleasant and helpful. Very good customer relations. The facility is new, and very well maintained. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation
I am a regular paying customer, who always pays on time. This company obviously does not appreciate this kind of business as they raised the rent a substantial amount after the first year, yet continue to offer steep discounts to new customers. Worse than that, they are obviously not putting the extra rent toward making the place more usable. I have made 3 wasted trips there this week. I continue to drive around with my car full of things intended for the unit, which I now pay more for, because they don't have enough carts available for their customers.
Clean clean clean, used another facility temporarily and CubeSmart in Tewksbury is a small place of heven. Its affordable, the office manager was helpful and friendly. Affordable, and again very clean!
