These guys are fantastic. Facility feels safe and is immaculately clean. On a super-hot-and-humid July day, the interior storage rooms were dry and comfortable. Having staff on site during the day was a big help too. Anne-Marie was very helpful as we used this kind of facility for the first time. Was a great help for us as we stored a bunch of things as we were moving house. When there was a leftover billing issue, Steven was very helpful in clearing it up. Highly recommend these guys, we will definitely use again when the need comes up.
I rented 2 storage units at this location for a number of years. The manager Jim was always pleasant and helpful. The facility was impeccably maintained. I moved to Boston 7 years ago and found the location to be too inconvenient for my needs so I had to relocate. If you need local storage this is, by my standard, 5 stars.
Poor management confusion between one manager and another manager on prices unaware of what The inventory is and what they have and don’t have. Very respectful but very chaotic and a lot of finger-pointing . I would not recommend them to anyone
I had spoken to a few different employees in the N.Billerica location regarding an issue with my unit for a few months.although all the employees I spoke too where pleasant, But the woman Jessie was by far the most help and got the issue resolved in 2 days! Her actions by far is the reason I am giving 5 stars for the review
