Omg this company delivers for office Max/Office Depot and their customer service is lousy from their reps to delivery driver. I don’t care if there are a few bad apple employees at this company. The experience I encountered makes the whole company look bad.nInitially I got a call from a lady named Donna who said my drawer would be delivered on a Thursday. Thursday came, no one came. I was told the delivery would come Friday now after I stayed home practically all day Thursday. Then when Friday came I was told the driver would arrive between 9-5p. He actually arrived about 6pm. I waited all day again. The delivery driver had a nerve to complain to me how heavy the item was. I didn’t even know how heavy the item was because I did not lift it. Then the driver asked if I had anyone to help him carry it? I said no. He was literally arguing with me about picking up the item I ordered and brining it up the stairs. Did office Max expect me to deliver my own item inside my home from the sidewalk when the item is very heavy? I called the customer service and the lady says we don’t have to take it up the stairs and I said well no one told me that when I ordered it or set up delivery. Not good to wait and tell the customer this when it’s on their property.nSo I opened the item and guess what, it was damaged. It had some major dents on it. I tried to post this review to Office Depot website and they refused my review. This company is really horrible. They don’t like to give customer discounts either for any problem they encounter. They don’t honor store prices on their website for the same item. It’s crazy.

I have a order from Home Depot who hires New Penn to deliver. New Penn scheduled a 4-hour delivery window that is 1-5:00pm Friday. I took entire afternoon off from work to wait outside of the house where is under construction. At 4:30, the driver didn't show. New Penn said the driver was under the way to my house and I waited there until 6pm. But she didn't show! Called the company again. This time their supervisor made an apology and said the company's policy requires no delivery after dark! The policy? - why set a 1-5pm window because it gets dark after 4:00pm? Why 2 of their representatives asked me to wait, as they seem do not know the policy? The company didn't do anything for the loss of my time. Unfortunately, I have no other choice, but waste another 1/2 day.

I had a similar experience as others here. I ordered from global industrial, and apparently they use Penn Motor Express for deliveries. I was given a window from 2pm to 5pm for delivery to a residential address. I took the entire afternoon off of work and they never showed. I called them, and the receptionist/dispatcher didn’t know why it wasn’t delivered but the driver was on a pickup elsewhere and wouldn’t get to my house before dark. They don’t deliver to residential addresses after dark. The driver should have factored my residential delivery into his schedule. But nope, they didn’t even call me to let me know it wouldn’t happen that day.nnWhen trying to reschedule, they don’t deliver in the morning because the drivers don’t usually leave their location until 10-11am. I’m so glad I paid an extra $130 to delivery to a residential address on top of the normal $190 shipping fee.nnThis place is worse than a cable company.nnUpdate: They did deliver on the rescheduled date, but almost missed it the delivery window. The driver was very nice though. Because of the driver, I'm adding a star. But I can't recommend the company due to their scheduling, management, and lack of communication.

Was supposed to receive freight on a Friday, was told the driver didn't show up until 1 that day so we probably wouldn't get it until Monday. Was told I would receive a call back that day either way, never did. Called Monday and was told we were stop 5 and that the driver was already on stop 3. Call back around 4PM and am told the freight isn't on the truck and no one knows where it is. They finally find it and I'm told I'll receive it first thing in AM. On phone right now and am being told that we're scheduled for end of day. Terrible customer service - and not the first time.

I echo the other reviews - this place is horrendous and I would never order something that is delivered by them again. Their customer service women is rude, and their delivery policies - 1 to 5pm on weekdays when they refuse to call ahead is outrageous. I can't believe anyone would ever ship with them!
