I like FedEx over Ups , but lately they are sliding down hill. I tried to call and complain today but got the run around ,I was given a address in Tennessee that I can physically write to but no email address. I wanted to speak to a manager in charge at Billerica Ma. about a few issues I'm having with the drivers. No such luck. Why does every driver run over my front lawn instead of using the driveway. READ THE SIGN ITS THERE FOR A REASON. YOU LOOK AT THE NUMBER ON MY HOUSE BUT IGNORE THE SIGN RIGHT NEXT TO IT.

I had order 4 tires online and only receive 1 and few days after it showed on the tracking number that all 4 tires were delivered I wouldn’t trust FedEx driver.nnDrivers from this location will steal packages.

I seen other complaints of customers getting a “delivered” status of their orders but no package at their front door...? Same exact issue here and its serious cause do we call the police because of a porch pirate or do we call you and hope you hold your drivers accountable for stating packages are delivered before they actually are. I’m on hold right now to find out if its a porch pirate or fedex but I’ve never had a porch pirate problem and clearly FEDEX NORTH BILLERICA is KNOWN to state packages are delivered when their not. Before amazon and UPS put you out of business I’d start with these issues here like your drivers.....

God awful, good luck if you have to use them for orders. Only reason they have more than 1 star is because of reviewers from SE Asia giving it 5 stars.
