This location of Dunkin' is particularly useful for more intimate meetings because of its separate sitting room.nWhen I ordered a match latte thinking it was low in sugar but then found out it wasn't, the team member was quick to apologize and offer a refund. 5 stars ud83cudf1f
With all the money I spend with dunkin donuts I expect more. This particular store does not have the best customer service and my drink is constantly made wrong. They never have the flavor I ask for, and the donuts are stale. I never leave a bad review but I get a coffee every morning and never have issues at the store in Acworth.
Just drove through here... sat in line for 6 minutes before I was even able to get to the order area. Then, as I'm ordering at 12:48pm, the girl in the window says their ovens are down for the day. I'm so done with this Dunkin. There's always an issue with the new staff. I've worked here before so I know they simply didn't turn the ovens on today. Very disgusted with this Dunkin.
The worst customer ever. Unprofessional refuse to serve me because I’m in a wheel chair I don’t recommend this store to anyone.
This place gets your order correct and they are fast too.
