The ice cream is amazing as usual. The service was a bit lacking. Placed an order online. Got there to pick it up and waited over 10 mins. While the 2 people there helped a small group of 3. I stepped up to the online pick up area so they knew I was there for it. Instead of 1 of the workers taking a moment to ask me they just kept ignoring me until the 3 were all done and paid. Then I got asked what I want. When I said I was there to pick up an online order, she turned to the fridge to pull out my order that was done before I got there.
The lady here in the mornings is awesome! She always takes care of me. Great customer service every time.

I ordered cake batter Everybody $13 and got vanilla. Disappointed!!!!!
The ice cream listed on the website was not available in the store. The service was extremely slow and though we were the only ones in the store initially and the cashier greeted us, other customers walked in several minutes after us and she acted like she didn't know which customers had arrived first. Guess it was preferred treatment. Anyway I won't be going back to this location!
