Great experience! My daughter's battery was dead after she went to urgent care with a ear infection and our roadside people never showed after 2 hours. Dunkin Towing was recommended to come jump her car off and he was there within 30 mins. Thank you!

I was assigned Dunkin Towing by my insurance company. Esam was my driver and I did not have a good experience. He had no bed side manner at all. Driving with him was not great. He drives aggressively and does not inspire confidence. He also stuck his head out the window and yelled at another car, while I was with him. Then getting my truck off his truck was an event. I didn’t understand his directions and he then told the mechanics it was my fault we have to push it. I run a service based business as well. I would immediately fire my employee if I saw them treating their profession like this. He gives the towing industry a bad name. Do not recommend

Superb excelling service!!!nMoved to Acworth, and needed my unregistered, project car towed. Multiple places in Kennesaw didn’t want to tow it, complaining that it was too far, can’t tow on this day, or it would be expensive(like I don’t don’t have money). Luckily I contacted Dunkin Towing. Upon contacting The Gentleman, he stayed in continuous contact, with updates. I did not mind the wait, as he was nothing but professional. Upon picking me up, we agreed on a Flat fee as it was rather far. I heartily agreed. It was good conversation on the way there, and on the way back.nn1st choice for anyone’s tow in North Georgia, should be Dunkin Towing!!!

Called Statefarm around 10:20am for tow. PantUSA towing was assigned. ETA 11:45am. I told towing company key was under seat!! I called tow company at 12:30 “we haven’t assigned anyone yet, give us 45 mins”. At 1:30 “nope”. I called Statefarm at 2pm, Statefarm calls PantUSA, “ we tried calling her many times and she never picked up. We also never found key so we left”. I tried calling them but they blocked me! What kind of company is this?nnI was so angry, call Statefarm and went with Dunkin towing. They showed up 20 mins later. Gosh I wish Statefarm would’ve offered Dunkin to begin with. I spoke with Dunkin and they were so friendly and professional. I’m referring them to all of my family and friends!!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I read some comments about the service being great and I’m glad that those people had a good experience. However, this was not the case for me. I was assigned this company today through roadside assistance. After an already stressful day, I was waiting for him to arrive and I got a call from him asking where my car was. After trying to explain twice to him and being interrupted numerous times, I explained I also left directions in the service request comments to try to help and see if it could explain better. He responded with “I don’t have time to read your directions” and hung up on me. I then proceeded to call back and when he answered he said he wasn’t going to get my car and hung up again. I called him back a second time to try to get him to cancel the request with my insurance company so they could send another person to help me. He answered and told me he wouldn’t do it because it wasn’t his problem and if I had a problem with it to call 911. The lack of service skills and just basic common courtesy to people is very clear with this company. I would not recommend anyone to use this service especially if you’re trying to fix your problem in a timely manner.
