Went about 1/2 hour before closing and they had already cleared out the fresh teas dispensers. It sort of made us feel like we were keeping them from going home. We weren't the last customers so.....
I had a horrible experience with a Togo order tonight and I called and spoke to Erica and she made it 100% better. She was so friendly and apologetic she took my 1 star experience to a 5 stars.
On my visit today I recieved outstanding customer service. Everyone is so busy and in a rush but the cashier took her time to make sure I understood the new items on the menu and that my large order was correct. She was fun and engaging and offered my son a cookie just because. I am a customer for life
I placed an order through UberEats and didn’t get even half of the order. We didn’t receive the grilled cheese or steak sandwich. I also ordered a bottle of the green tea and received a unsweetened tea instead. When calling the manager, she said that she simple couldn’t do anything about it. Even though it was their mistake in the first place. I highly recommend not going to this location or to Panera Bread in general due to the way they treat their customers.
Got the Pick 2 with Caesars Chicken Salad and a bowl of Broccoli Cheese soup and it was awesome .. so good I forgot to take photos! ud83dude01
