HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, TERRY THE PROPERTY MANAGER GAVE ME THE WORST EXPERIENCE, MY ITEMS WERE STOLEN, I SHOWED UP TO MY UNIT AND THERE WAS A PICK UP TRUCK INSIDE INSTEAD OF MY BELONGINGS, HE WOULD NOT HELP ME, TOLD ME THERE WAS NOONE ABOVE HIM, MADE MY GUY DRIVE 1 HOUR TO THE LOCATION JUST TO RELEASE THE SAME INFORMATION, I PAID MY STORAGE ON TIME, YET I WAS STILL VACATED WITHOUT EVEN A PHONE CALL NOTICE, I TRIED CALLING ALL WEEKEND, LEFT VOICEMAILS AND TEXT AND NEVER GOT A RESPONSE, VERY BAD PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. PICTURE ATTACHED OF TRUCK I FOUND IN MY UNIT INSTEAD OF MY THINGS.

There wasn't an option for 0 star's. The manager is a straight thief. Had a friends trailer stolen from the property and this jackass wont provide the video so i can find these thieves. Very fishy on the management part.

This is by far the best storing experience I've ever had. The front desk people are amazing. The units are HUGE! ...and very safe with someone in site everyday. They also do snow removal for easy access during the winter. Highly suggested.

I shopped around quite a bit for a good storage unit. I'm more than pleased with what I found at Sandy Mini Storage. Affordable prices, GREAT service, and my unit is incredibly clean. I've told several friends, who have units nearby, to think about switching. I'm highly pleased.

I rented a unit here for a short time over the course of moving, I regret every penny. My unit was broken into and robbed twice, had numerous other issues with the management in spite of paying in advance the whole time. I lost thousands of dollars in appliances, all my winter gear, priceless family antiques and so much more. My renters insurance is unlikely to cover all of it. I discovered the first robbery myself, I pulled up to see the door open and light on. They didn't even call to tell me it had happened - the door had been open for days when I showed up. I was told they were investigating to find out who it was, I waited weeks for an update that never came. The property manager, Mr Smith, later acknowledged to me that there was no security footage to evaluate because they only have cameras at the front and rear of the facility. He is not stable, interacting with him was like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. He is terrifying. After the second break-in (which I discovered last week, again no alert) I removed what was left of my things and gave notice of vacating. Do not risk using this place for storage. I know it's cheaper than anywhere around but it's not worth the consequences.
