I read down below through most of these and was surprised when I rented my unit here. My unit wasn't "clean" when I got it. I ended up sweeping out what looked to be about 12 months worth of dirt and cobwebs. Mgmt was great except the communications was not there. Every time I tried to reach out either via email or phone, there was never a response. They are definitely willing to communicate with you when you sign a lease or end it, but other than that, I would suggest stopping in if you have any questions. Overall, not a bad place, just needs some improvements in some aspects.
Brandon and Michael are phenomenal at their jobs! I have no complaints. They were really helpful! I 100% would recommend to come to this location again😊
New owners took over, and I couldn't be more impressed. Everything is clean, the new paint and asphalt look amazing, the management was great about COVID and handled my latest question quick and easy. Would definitely recommend!
