Walking in the store and had to wait on an assistant to walk you around the store to show you what you need and not what you want is not a way to do business. Now I now why amazon is booming and best buy isn't. Also Amazon is cheaper and next day delivery. I saved $75 online. Time to cancel the Best Buy Credit Card.
Good selection of electronics of all kinds and some kitchen appliances. Prices are reasonable and stock level is fairly good. Employees are scarce but pretty knowledgeable when you are able to get one to help. Plenty of free parking available.
Item was not available off the self but available on line. Ordered on line and was available for pick up at the counter in less than 10 minutes.
Went on this occasion to purchase a desk top for my 12 yr old son for school use. Sales guy was very helpful, at trying to get me to purchase twice the computer that was needed. In the end we ended up leaving with what we needed.
