I’m really not happy with the store. We ordered a bed frame and mattress, plus a couch on thanksgiving, was told it would take about 2 weeks and that’s completely fine. Week after week went by and we heard nothing except for them calling every week for a payment on a product we hadn’t even received and didn’t know if it was coming, we paid for it 3 times. Finally the second week of JANUARY 2021 we canceled the order completely because every single person we talked to gave us a different answer of when our stuff was coming, but still faithfully called for a payment, and had to tell them we cancelled it 3 times before they stopped calling, and we didn’t get a refund of the 3 payments we made. They said they had to keep it for ordering cost. Almost 100 we paid for stuff we didn’t even have, it’s a very unorganized store. They have no idea what they’re doing. We ended up just buying a bed instead of renting, because rent a center ruined us on wanting to rent furniture, but went through Aaron’s for the couch, which is amazing, they ordered it and got it to us in a week, and payments didn’t start till we had the furniture.

Awesome Staff and the people really work with you to make stuff happen. They aren't like your typically annoying bill collectors if your late. They listened to my problems and offered me multiple solutions to which I graciously obliged!!!! Thanks again, hope you guys see this

This is an awesome store. Although it is a franchise, it's still my favorite one. Way nicer people, so hello corporate, you may want to take notes.
