District Manager was rude and mean to my daughter and I and refused to help us. She just upgraded her phine. It's never been dropped or sat on and was fine when she went to bed when she woke up it had a crack crossed the screen. She is still paying for her phone and he said he won't do anything. Wish there was a way to give 0 stars.
Staff was incredible. Candy is Very professional and so helpful with my Cuban friend. Unfortunately the service did not work at my home in Ball Ground so Candy submitted a refund immediately. She referred us to Cricket. I wish I had another choice. Cricket staff was horrible. Very unprofessional.
