I have rented a small 10x10 unit for the past 3 months from Extra Storage. I have found the experience to be very positive for me. I'm also very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, etc. Carrie was the person I dealt with as I was vacating my unit. I found her to be friendly, happy and efficient. I recommend Extra Space Storage to those who are trying to find a suitable, clean and secure unit to rent temporarily or for an extended period of time.
George Peasley was the employee who signed us up. It was a very easy and very pleasant experience. He certainly knew what he was doing and answered all our concerns and questions. We are excited to be able to work with this company and with him. We must say the property is very clean and well stocked with any supplies we might need at a reasonable cost. Thank you.
George called me right back after I reserved a unit online. He obtained all the information he needed from me and was fast, friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions! The property is clean, well-maintained and I feel safe having my belongings here. The price is right too!
Had a great experience with Ana, very courteous , gave me over and above service. The pricing was 40% cheaper than other places, which of Course was after I had to transfer To a bigger unit. Still less cost. Wonderful, would do business with her anytime
