Continue to have messed up orders through my delivery order. It is impossible to have the problem corrected without spending 12 dollars on another drink to be delivered. This facility must think they do not have to provide quality product or the correct product at all because the order is through a delivery service. This is the second night in a row I have had this problem with this specific dunkin.
Really like the new Explorer batch coffee. Always quick service
The ovens were broken which they did not tell me when I ordered though the drive thru. They never told me at all, and instead of offering to change my food order, just upgraded my coffee from a small to an extra large without asking. I would have liked to have been told that the ovens were broken so I could’ve changed my food order. I wanted food not 500 mg of caffeine. I was also charged for the XL coffee, despite the fact that I didn’t want it and they didn’t ask if I wanted it.
Dunkin donuts seems to have made a big comeback around here , blueberry cake donuts are the tasty , and ice coffee is good too
My drive through order was short 1 donut (I ordered a sandwich and a donut). I called immediately to request a refund. Since the authorized party wasn't in, I left a message. I never received a follow up call. I called again...It's been months and no credit yet on my card. So, rather than pursue a $1.15 refund, I thought I'd let everyone know to double check their order before leaving the drive through.
