Got there to pick up 2 excavators at 8:59 am didn't get outta there till 3:17 pm. Had to find a battery for one machine, so loaded the first chained down then waited an 45 min for the second one then waited for the wash bay. Got that done by around 12:30 pm. The rest of the time was sitting waiting for final inspection to approve rusty tracks on brand new equipment. Yes there were brand new! Apparently they sat in the mud and rain for 3.5 years so had to wait for customer service approval. This should have been taken care of when they sold them. Damn near 3 hours! People there were cool to work with though
Not bad for 2hrs. No appointments needed check in pick up take off!
Pack a lunch! These folks move like they are in slow motion! It normally takes between 2.5 to 4.0 hours to get loaded. Totally acceptable.
Love the atmosphere here,great people, awesome staff.. easy in easy out... love loading here......
