Everyone at T-Mobile was very polite and knowledgeable. They helped my mother find a phone she liked. They set everything up for her. They even took the time to show her how to work all of the features on her new phone. She said it was the best experience she has ever had phone shopping.

Switched from attend to TMobile . Traded my phone in and was waiting on the reimbursement. Went in this week to see what happened with the phone and they have no idea. Left name and number for a manager to call me. Still hasn't happened. Go to a different store. Avoid this place. No one has a clue what they are doing

Worst customer service. Switched from Verizon to them and they were terrible at helping me. Work on getting some better employees for this location
